Why BMW M owners choose RNG forged wheels

The M division fits 19–21″ forged wheels from the factory on the M3, M4 and M5 and 21–23″ on the X5M, X6M and XM, so a replacement set has to be at least as light and as stiff. Ours are forged from a single 6061-T6 billet, then CNC-machined to the M spoke geometry, which keeps a 21″ monoblock under the weight of the stock 20″ and allows a true concave face on the wider rear wheel. The CORE and RADIAL collections were designed on the M3 G80 and M4 G82; the SCULPT and AERO collections on the X5M, X6M and XM.

Fitment notes for BMW M

Every current M car and G-series SUV uses 5×112 with a 66.6 mm bore. The M3/M4 and M5 run a staggered setup from the factory, so we build the rear wheel wider and with its own offset rather than a spacer. M Compound and M Carbon Ceramic brakes are checked on each design; the XM and X5M/X6M get high load-rated wheels for the vehicle weight. TPMS sensors are transferred or supplied new, and tyre sizes are chosen to keep the rolling circumference within the tolerance of the M Drive Professional and xDrive systems.

Finishes

Satin and gloss black, brushed and polished faces, gunmetal, bronze, frozen finishes and two-tone versions with a diamond-cut face. Colour-matching to Individual paints or to the M brake calipers is done in-house.
