Why forged wheels on the G63 W465
The G63 is a tall, heavy off-roader with square arches, and a big wheel is a large part of its stance. A forged wheel is lighter and stiffer than a cast one of the same size, which keeps the unsprung weight down on a 23″ or 24″ set and helps the car under braking.
