Zeekr 8X Carbon Diffuser with Integrated Stop Light, Twill or Forged Carbon
The Zeekr 8X carbon diffuser by RNG Design is a rear diffuser with its own light signature: a hand-laid pre-preg carbon fibre part with an integrated LED stop light, developed on the rear bumper of the standard Zeekr 8X. It gives the tail of the car depth and edge, ties the rear end to the light bar above it, and pairs with our carbon front lip with DRL for a matching signature at both ends.
The Zeekr 8X carbon diffuser fits the Max, Ultra and Ultra+
The diffuser is developed for the standard rear bumper of the Zeekr 8X and fits the Max, Ultra and Ultra+ versions. The Shadow Edition uses a different rear bumper, so it has its own diffuser: see our separate Zeekr 8X Shadow Edition programme. The part fits over the factory bumper without cutting it. The factory lower stop light is removed and its function is taken over by the LED unit built into the diffuser, which lights up together with the main brake lights. The car can be returned to stock at any time.
How the Zeekr 8X carbon diffuser is made
RNG Design is a full-cycle manufacturer, not a reseller. The mould is cut on our own CNC machines from the geometry of the 8X bumper, and every Zeekr 8X carbon diffuser is laid by hand from pre-preg carbon fibre, cured, lacquered and polished under one roof. The LED stop light is integrated into the part at the factory, not glued on afterwards. That is why the fit holds, and why we can film your own part at any stage of production before it ships.
Finishes: twill carbon fibre or forged carbon
Classic 2×2 twill gives the traditional carbon look with a deep, even weave. Forged carbon gives the fragmented marble-like pattern that has become the signature of modern performance cars. Both are UV stable under a clear lacquer, or the Zeekr 8X carbon diffuser can be painted to body colour with the weave hidden. Gloss black basalt fibre is available on request.
