Public Offer

This document, permanently published on the Internet at www.rng-t.com, constitutes a public offer by Renegade-Design LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to enter into a remote sales agreement for goods under the terms set forth below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and constitutes an official proposal by the Seller to any interested party to conclude a remote sales agreement under the terms specified in this Offer.
1.2. This Agreement is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on retail sales (§2, Chapter 30), the Rules for the Sale of Goods under a Retail Purchase Agreement (approved by Russian Government Resolution No. 2463 dated December 31, 2020), the Russian Federation Law “On Consumer Rights Protection” No. 2300-1 dated February 7, 1992, and other applicable legal acts of the Russian Federation.
1.3. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms are used:

Seller: Renegade-Design LLC, engaged in the remote sale of goods.
Buyer: An individual or legal entity that accepts this public offer.
Online Store: The Seller’s website at www.rng-t.com, intended for remote sales.
Goods: The assortment listed on the official website, including descriptions, key consumer properties, place of manufacture, service life, shelf life, and warranty (if applicable).
Order: A Buyer’s request for the purchase and delivery of Goods, submitted in accordance with Section 4 of this Offer.
Acceptance of Offer: Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by the Buyer by placing an Order on the Online Store.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer for personal, family, household, or other non-commercial use, based on a submitted Order, and the Buyer agrees to accept and pay for the Goods under the terms of this Offer.
3.2. Product specifications, prices, and availability are listed in the Online Store catalog.

4. Order Placement and Acceptance of Offer

4.1. The Buyer places an Order independently on the Online Store website.
4.2. To place an Order, the Buyer selects the Goods, adds them to the cart, and fills out the electronic order form, providing necessary details.
4.3. Full acceptance of this Public Offer occurs when the Buyer completes the Order by clicking “Confirm Order” (or equivalent). The contract is deemed concluded upon the Seller’s receipt of the Order.
4.4. After Order placement, the Buyer receives confirmation via email or phone call from the Seller’s manager.

5. Price and Payment Terms

5.1. Prices are set by the Seller in Russian Rubles (RUB) and are fixed at the time of Order placement.
5.2. Payment methods: Cash, bank card, electronic payment, bank transfer, etc.
5.3. Payment terms and deadlines are specified on the Online Store or in the “Payment” section of this Offer.
5.4. Payments are processed via secure connection (HTTPS).

6. Delivery and Transfer of Goods

6.1. Delivery methods: Courier, pickup points, self-collection, etc.
6.2. Delivery costs, timelines, and regions are listed on the Online Store or in the “Delivery” section.
6.3. The risk of loss/damage transfers to the Buyer upon receipt (details on the website).

7. Return and Exchange Policy

7.1. The Buyer may reject quality-conforming Goods within 7 days of receipt.
7.2. Returns require intact packaging, proof of purchase, and exclude customized items.
7.3. For defective Goods, the Buyer may request replacement, price reduction, or refund.
7.4. Defective Goods are handled under the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law.
7.5. Refunds are processed within 2 business days and issued within 14 days.

8. Rights and Obligations

8.1. Seller’s obligations:

Deliver quality-conforming Goods.
Provide accurate product/seller information.
Comply with this Offer.
8.2. Seller’s rights:
Modify Offer terms unilaterally (changes take effect upon publication).
Cancel Orders for out-of-stock Goods.
8.3. Buyer’s obligations:
Review Offer terms.
Pay for Goods/delivery promptly.
Accept Goods as agreed.
8.4. Buyer’s rights:
Reject Goods per Russian law and this Offer.
Claim remedies for defects.

9. Liability

9.1. Parties are liable for breach under Russian law.
9.2. The Seller is not liable for Buyer’s misuse of Goods.
9.3. Force majeure exempts the Seller from liability.

10. Data Protection

10.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed for Order fulfillment and marketing.
10.2. Data handling complies with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ (27.07.2006).

11. Offer Validity

11.1. This Offer is effective upon publication until withdrawn or amended.
11.2. The Seller may modify terms without prior notice; changes take effect upon publication.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1. Disputes are resolved via negotiations.
12.2. Unresolved disputes are settled in Russian courts (pre-trial claim mandatory).
12.3. Russian law governs this Agreement.
