Why the Revuelto is a different problem from the Aventador
The Revuelto arrived in 2023 as the first plug-in hybrid V12 from Sant’Agata: a 6.5-litre engine, three electric motors, 1,015 cv, a carbon monocoque Lamborghini calls the monofuselage, and 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds. At the surface it shares nothing with the Aventador it replaced. The Y-shaped lights, the exposed engine deck, the open rear structure and the wide, low front are all new geometry.
That is why a Lamborghini Revuelto widebody kit cannot be an adaptation of anything that existed before. Every part had to be developed on the Revuelto itself, and every part had to respect a car that is already one of the most recognisable shapes on the road. The brief we set ourselves was simple: add tension, not noise.
What is in the Lamborghini Revuelto widebody kit
The programme changes the car’s silhouette from front to back:
- Front splitter with canards
- Widebody arch extensions, front and rear
- Side skirts
- Roof air intake
- Vented engine cover
- Rear wing
- Rear diffuser with vertical fins
- Carbon mirror caps
The arch extensions are the heart of the kit. They put real width under the doors and behind them, so the car sits over its wheels instead of on them. The rear wing and the finned diffuser close the tail the way the Y-shaped lights open the front, and the roof intake with the vented engine cover give the V12 the visual breathing room it deserves. How the kit is made
RNG Design is a full-cycle manufacturer, not a reseller. The moulds are cut on our own CNC machines from the geometry of the car, and every part is laid by hand from pre-preg carbon fibre, cured, lacquered and polished under one roof. That is why the panel gaps hold on a car where the factory tolerances are measured in fractions of a millimetre, and why we can film a customer’s own parts at any stage of production before they ship.
Every component of the Lamborghini Revuelto widebody kit mounts to the factory points. Nothing is drilled, trimmed or improvised on the car, and it can be returned to stock at any time.
Finishes: twill, forged carbon or painted
Classic 2×2 twill gives the traditional carbon look with a deep, even weave. Forged carbon gives the fragmented pattern that has become the signature of modern supercar exteriors, and on the Revuelto’s angular surfaces it reads like a material the factory forgot to offer. Both are UV stable under a clear lacquer, and any part can be painted to body colour with the weave hidden. Accent lines in a contrasting colour are available on request.

Frequently asked questions
Is the kit adapted from an Aventador programme?
No. The Revuelto shares nothing with the Aventador at the surface, so the kit is a separate development from the ground up, modelled and fitted on the current car.
Does the widebody kit fit every Revuelto?
It is developed on the Revuelto coupé and mounts to the factory points. If you have a Spyder, contact us and we will confirm the matching set.
Do the arch extensions require different wheels?
The kit fits with the factory wheels. For the tyre to sit flush with the new arch line, our forged wheels for the Revuelto are made with the matching offset.
Is the kit TÜV certified?
Production is TÜV Austria certified and every kit ships with the documentation needed for registration in the EU and the UK.
Can I order individual parts?
